Is a deposit needed to make a reservation?
Our room guarantee policy requires a credit card deposit equivalent to 1 night’s stay (without 10.2% lodging tax) in order to make a reservation. *See cancellation policy*. Upon check-in, the remaining balance is due. Please present ID and the credit card used to make the reservation.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please contact us by phone in the event of a cancellation. In most instances, you will be refunded your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee when cancelling more than 15 days prior to arrival. However, any reservations canceled less than 15 days prior to arrival, will forfeit full deposit regardless of weather, illness, force majeure, etc.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time starts at 4 PM. If your unit is ready prior to 4 PM, we may allow check in early; however, we cannot guarantee it. Check-out time is by 11 AM.
Do you allow smoking?
All smoking is prohibited indoors and within 25 feet of all entrances, including porches and balconies. Please dispose of waste properly. For the comfort of our guests anyone smoking in the suite, on the decks or porch will be charged a $500 fee.
Do you accept dogs?
Yes! Our dog-friendly hotel in Long Beach, WA looks forward to welcoming you and your furry friends. Dogs must be nonaggressive and on a leash at all times. We allow up to three dogs in a guest suite. Fee is $20 per night per dog.
What are your lobby hours?
Lobby hours are seasonal. It opes at 8:00 a.m. and closing varies between 9:00-11:00 p.m.
What are your pool hours?
Our indoor pool and spa are available year round. Our sparkling saline pool is kept at a comfortable 84 degrees and the saline spa is a toasty 104 degrees. Pool area is open from 9 AM to closing (see lobby hours above); the last hour is reserved for adults (18+) only, please.
How do I reserve tennis or pickleball court time?
Once you have confirmed your stay, our Guest Service Agents will be happy to reserve your court time on one of our indoor tennis/pickleball style courts. The number to book your court time is 360-642-3622.
Can I get a pickleball or tennis lesson?
Yes, we have an onsite pro with 30+ years experience, Roman Sada and you can read more about him on our website.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, we do not have a restaurant on property, but there are many within close proximity. Our Guest Service Agents can make recommendations, let us make a reservation for you.
Do you have laundry facilities?
We do not have guest laundry facilities on site, but can direct you to a laundromat just about 2 miles south of the resort.
Do the suites have internet access?
Yes, we have free high speed wireless internet in all suites and cottages.
Do you have rollaway beds, cribs or playpens?
We do not have any of these items.
Do you provide coffee?
Each suite has a coffee maker and a starter supply of coffee, enough to make two pots of coffee. We also provide sugar and cream. Please ask the guest service agents if you need more coffee, sugar or cream. If you prefer your own blend of coffee, we do provide filters for you. Get a piping hot latte in our coffee kiosk in the front lobby, during lobby hours.
Do you have hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards in the suites?
Every unit has a wall mounted hairdryer. If you need an iron/ironing board during your stay, please request from housekeeping.
What are your kitchens stocked with?
We supply every unit with dish ware, sliver warea8 baking dishes, colander, measuring cups, mixing bowls, knife set, cookware, cutting board, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kitchen towels, salt and pepper shakers, can opener, bottle opener and misc cooking utensils. All oceanfront units have dishwashers. Cookie sheets, tea kettles, additional utensils and water pitchers can be provided, please contact our Guest Service Agents when you arrive.
*Three bedroom units have maximum occupancy of 6, and we provide silverware/dish ware for 6. The two bedroom suites have max. occupancy of 5, and we provide silverware/dish ware for 5. One bedroom suites have a setting of both for 4 people.
What else is supplied in the suite?
We supply soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue, facial tissue, and trash bags.
Is there daily housekeeping?
We do not have daily housekeeping. Our ‘efficiency suites’ are stocked for extended stays to accommodate privacy. Linens, towels and supplies can be restocked by our team. For stays less than 7 days, should you request housekeeping it is billed at $40 per day.
If you would like to exchange towels during your stay, please let the front desk or housekeeping know. Please use pool towels provided in the lobby/locker room.
What are the options for parking?
Complimentary outdoor parking for all resort guests. Call our Guest Service Agent to inquire about boat and trailer parking.
Do you allow RV parking?
We do not have RV parking. Our GSA can recommend close RV parking.
Do you have ADA rooms available?
We have an ADA compliant suite, please look to book suite 301 in your room search.
How far is the airport from the resort?
It is a casual drive from either Portland OR (PDX) or Seattle WA (SEA)
Do you have additional taxes and fees?
Our sales and lodging tax is a 10.2%;
Do you have a business center?
No, go enjoy the beach!
Do you host meetings & events.
We have space for up to 25 delegates.
Do you have group bookings?
Yes we do, please contact GSA for more information.
Are fireworks allowed on the beach?
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach except for dates designated by the state and county.
Bonfires
Most of the year, beach fires are allowed unless there is a temporary burn ban. Fire pits, barbecues and anything open flame is strictly prohibited on all decks, in all suites.
